Returns & Exchanges

AMIRI offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for all eligible luxury items. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original AMIRI packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid DHL or UPS shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary courier pickup through the carrier's website.
